doc said mri of aorta can be bad because of air in lungs and picture can be hard to get clear does this mean he uses  bad technique?

Perhaps movement?: MRI imaging is susceptible to a variety of artifacts.  Movement is a one reason for poor quality imaging.  Since MRI images take time to generate, often  longer than one can hold their breath.  So imaging anything near the lungs can difficult since there is movement with normal quiet breathing.

does chest xray of pa lateral  take a picture of the lungs?

Yes: Chest x-ray pa and lateral means your doctor wants to see lung in anterior posterior position and to see heart and behind it in lateral it shows the lungs, heart , and upper part of body , neck to abdomen. It shows if there is pathology in lungs, heart or mediastinum.

Anal problem: from the tiny picture   it looks like an external hemorrhoid.   They may come and go depending on how much straining you are doing.     Hemorrhoids are  varicose veins that occur in the rectum.   They can be painful and can bleed.    I would try an over the counter hemorroidal cream.   If it continues you should be see.    Sorry the picture I can see is very small.

i have passed 7 to 8 golf size blood clots. i took pictures of sizes just in case. i am on zyvox (linezolid) for mrsa in lungs. could this be cause or should i ?

To Er now: Zyvox (linezolid) can cause bone marrow suppression. This wipes out your platelets which stop you from bleeding. Please go to the er asap. You may many need platelet transfusions.

Rash: A picture would be helpful. Also to note if the rash is worsening, colour of the rash, if their are any associated symptoms such as fever, poor feeding, irritable baby.

: Radiologists use a variety of descriptive phrases, some more precise than others. Doctors who know and work with that particular radiologist may know his or her precise meaning. A “more defined vascular picture” has no meaning for me without the rest of the report and the patient history. The physician who ordered the chest X-ray may better answer that question or the radiologist himself.

have itch & when i scratch huge bumps appear.lower back all red with bumps which seems like there holes in it. can provide picture.also neck,chest?

Itch , bumps rash: May be folliculitis,   or  heat rash. May need either topical or oral antibiotics ( mupirocin 2%  ointment and or bactrim DS ( if not  allergic and no G6PD)) if folliculitis.  May also be bites ( not often on neck) , and or fungus usually  flaky, or  eczema- (neck not common) Keep dry. shower once or twice a day . Could try coconut oil moisturizer as well while in shower .f/u/ w doc-dermatology

Quite rare.: You are very tuned in, to understand the SVC syndrome is a possibility, although rare.  It merits a visit to a cardiologist who can take a careful history, perform a physical exam and arrange appropriate studies including an EKG, chest X-rays and an echocardiogram to search for an answer as to the cause of prominent veins.

a 35kg dumbbell fell on my chest while i am lying down.i have pain in my right ribs without fracture based on x-ray picture. what do i suffer from?

Dumbell: Most likely you stretched some muscles and cartildges and have pain from that. Should get better with time. Take ASA or other pain relievers.
