Itch , bumps rash: May be folliculitis, or heat rash. May need either topical or oral antibiotics ( mupirocin 2% ointment and or bactrim DS ( if not allergic and no G6PD)) if folliculitis. May also be bites ( not often on neck) , and or fungus usually flaky, or eczema- (neck not common) Keep dry. shower once or twice a day . Could try coconut oil moisturizer as well while in shower .f/u/ w doc-dermatology
