To Er now: Zyvox (linezolid) can cause bone marrow suppression. This wipes out your platelets which stop you from bleeding. Please go to the er asap. You may many need platelet transfusions.

May be: Zyvox (linezolid) can cause low platelets which in turn cause GI bleeding. So you need to go to doctor to check blood count and further work up.
