Increasing Pain: ER: This sounds urgent to me. If you have a family doctor it may be wise to get in soon. If the pain is intolerable then getting to the er is wise.

Cluster headache.: This sounds like a cluster headache, which is kind of a first cousin to a migraine.  Work-up and management are similar.  You should really have some blood testing and an MRI of the brain to be sure, thought.  There are treatment options.

Poss. migraine: These symptoms could indicate a multitude of problems. I recommend seeing a neurologist and ent.

Perhaps: Photosensitivity is common and mostly is benign. But there are some eye conditions which can cause this including inflammation inside the eye (uveitis) and a host of retinal inflammations.  Corneal surface pathology can also do this but will usually make the eyes red as well.   See your ophthalmologist if this is a chronic problem.

Yes: People with blue or light colored eyes are usually more sensitive to light than people with dark colored irises.

Not prominent: Photophobia is more characteristic of other forms of conjunctivitis than that caused by allergens such as pollens in the air but it can depend on how severe the inflammation.

Cluster headaches: Headaches reoccurring behind one eye with tearing are often what we call cluster headaches. They often occur around the same time of day and can be severe. Over-the-counter pain medications typically have no effect on the pain from a cluster headache. Oxygen and tryptans are treatments.  Please see your specialist eye md (ophthalmologist) and a neurologist.

Tear drops: Eye fatigue is usually a sign that the eyes are dry and irritated.  Some amount of photophobia (pain form light) may be caused by dryness.  If photophobia is severe, this may require prescription drops.
