Tear drops: Eye fatigue is usually a sign that the eyes are dry and irritated. Some amount of photophobia (pain form light) may be caused by dryness. If photophobia is severe, this may require prescription drops.

See your eye doctor: Photophobia is a rare symptom of dry eyes. There may be an underlying problem with inflammation of your eyes, that only an ophthalmologist may detect. Eye fatigue can be from several causes, treatment would depend on the etiology--eye strain, inappropriate glasses, needing glasses, dry eyes, blepharitis, etc..
