You don't: your body adjusts its pH according to your health and tries to keep it in a very tight range (7.35-7.45). You don't want to artificially increase it because that will lead to illness and potentially serious organ dysfunction or failure. If you pH is abnormal, the underlying cause (e.g. infection) needs to be determined and that needs to be corrected. Your body will fix the pH accordingly.

Same pH as B4 Dose: One dose of aspirin is not enough to alter your body's pH.  The human body has remarkable ability to buffer to protect itself from rapid or extreme pH changes (as long as there are no underlying illnesses such as diabetes, renal dysfunction...)

: Not particularly. The stomach acid is produced independent of your bodies pH. Your stomach contents pH must be lowered to a specific level for your digestive enzymes to work. Outside the digestive tract your body has buffers that normalize your blood pH as much as possible.

Alkaline water: While acidic water is unsafe, alkaline water is safe as long as the ph is not over 8.5. Nevertheless, the stomach acid will lower the ph anyway. Therefore I envision no ill effects on tacrolimus, your neurotic syndrome or your serum blood tests. However, I would like your pharmacist to answer your question,also and verify my opinion.

Yes, no: The problem in primary pulmonary hypertension is getting blood through the lungs, not oxygenating it. This causes all kinds of misunderstanding. Since pO2 is easy to measure and pulmonary vascular resistance / blood pressure isn't, it's easy to forget how sick these folks are.

2 weeks ago my blood ph level was -11 the doc tried to take arterial blood gases but couldn't. he was confused by -11 ph level. what could cause it?

PH: pH range runs only from 0 (very acidic) to 14 (very basic/alkali). The body's normal pH is right around 7.35ish. I am confused by the -11 reading as well as there is no such possibility to have that as a result. Maybe it was a result of equipment malfunction, or an error message by the computer

How collected: If this was a random squat/pee collection it can often include debris from the skin &amp; vagina so it is hard to interpret. If collected with proper preparation &amp; done on mid stream (like a guy peeing) or by catheter it is more representative. White cells suggest infection blood suggests irritation/blood from some source.

: Your question is not clearly stated but I think I can guess. Your gastric juice is highly acidic (HCl) so if you vomit a lot you will lose a lot of chloride (an anion) in your blood. Kidneys will compensate this loss by retaining the bicarbonate (also an anion) and that will make your blood alkaline. Your blood test will then show low chloride and high bicarbonate.
This has nothing to do with GERD
