Im on tacrolimus and have nephrotic syndrome if im drinking 8.5 ph alkaline water will that affect the tacrolimus medication or my blood levels?

Alkaline water: While acidic water is unsafe, alkaline water is safe as long as the ph is not over 8.5. Nevertheless, the stomach acid will lower the ph anyway. Therefore I envision no ill effects on tacrolimus, your neurotic syndrome or your serum blood tests. However, I would like your pharmacist to answer your question,also and verify my opinion.
