What does it mean when you have high leukocytes in urine, blood in urine , and low ph levels in urine should i be concern?

How collected: If this was a random squat/pee collection it can often include debris from the skin & vagina so it is hard to interpret. If collected with proper preparation & done on mid stream (like a guy peeing) or by catheter it is more representative. White cells suggest infection blood suggests irritation/blood from some source.
