why do u feel ur pelvis aches when u have ur tube tied?

Tubes "damage": There is "damage" to the tubes because the doctor cuts them and/or ties them off with a "rubber band".  The tubes may ache while they care healing into their new cut+tied condition.  The ob-gyn doctor can evaluate at the follow-up visit (or sooner if needed), to see if the amount of aching is typical or more than usual.

Possibly: It could be endometriosis as well as hormonal issues. A good gyn md examination could help locate the cause accurately.

Ache: Treating underlying BV should help in symptoms. Also be sure to avoid sugars, carbs, and all gluten. Drink 100% cranberry juice diluted with water &amp; stevia to help keep urine acidic to avoid UTIs, as well.  Drink plenty of water. Do you smoke &amp; how much do you weigh? These factors can affect urinary symptoms also.

Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation.

GYN exam: You must be seen and evaluated to check for a post -partum infection of the vagina or pelvis. Please abstain sexually until you are seen and examined.

Follow up: Bilirubin in urine may be a lab error and is of no use if your routine direct bilirubin on your chem profile is normal. If high, it may be medication sensitivity,   A mild birth defect or some other cause.

Not uncommon: Some post surgical pain is common for several months but reducing as time passing.
