Tubes "damage": There is "damage" to the tubes because the doctor cuts them and/or ties them off with a "rubber band". The tubes may ache while they care healing into their new cut+tied condition. The ob-gyn doctor can evaluate at the follow-up visit (or sooner if needed), to see if the amount of aching is typical or more than usual.
