Not specific: Most women with epithelial ovarian cancer have pelvic or abdominal symptoms prior to their diagnosis.
The symptoms that are most commonly reported by study subjects include abdominal pain/discomfort and abdominal swelling/bloating. These symptoms can be attributed to many different conditions. It appears that they are more common, recur more frequently, and more severe in pts prior to DX of ov ca.

Bloating: those complaints can be indicative of many  disorders not just ovarian cancer. I would not ignore he symptoms and see your doctor for an evaluation

Be brave: You've asked and been answered before. Pelvic pain early without a mass is almost never ovarian cancer. I am going to trust you've had a pelvic exam, and if you have cancerphobia this severely, I wouldn't criticize your physician if he/she ultrasounded / imaged you. The key to overcoming this phobia is to act brave, resolve to be composed, perhaps a short course of CBT, ask your Dr.

"CA-124" ?: A "CA-125" level can be elevated from other causes than ovarian origin.  Ask your provider to refer you to a gyn oncologist for a "second opinion".  It is statistically unlikely for a 20 y.o. to have ovarian cancer.

Yes and no: The negative pelvic ultrasound examination is a good news . The most important piece is risk factors . What risk factors do you have . Any family member with history of ovarian or breast cancer . Any history of gene mutation like brca? If you do not have any significant risks facto , you do not need to have screening for ovarian cancer

i am worried i have ovarian cancer.  i have had some pelvic pain for three months.  i've had ultrasound , ca125 and mri scan.  all show nothing.

Promising: There are many causes for pelvic pain. The test results you have shared sound very reasonable.  Talk to you doctor about whether a diagnostic laparoscopy might help shed additional light on the nature of your pain.  Endometriosis is one example of a pain-related diagnosis that is hard to document on scans and on lab work.
