Yes: Early curable, stages ovarian caners are pain less , and a compelling reason to see the gyn doctor on regular basis , for examination, possible sonography, unfortunately there is no blood test ( tumor markers ) that detects early ovarian cancer, a silent killer of woman

Pelvic pain : There are many causes of pelvic pain. Pain in the pelvis does not point to a specific cause. If it is persistent, see your doctor.
