Be brave: You've asked and been answered before. Pelvic pain early without a mass is almost never ovarian cancer. I am going to trust you've had a pelvic exam, and if you have cancerphobia this severely, I wouldn't criticize your physician if he/she ultrasounded / imaged you. The key to overcoming this phobia is to act brave, resolve to be composed, perhaps a short course of CBT, ask your Dr.

I agree that the likelihood of ovarian caner is extremely small with proper imaging and blood work. Pelvic pain per se is a real syndrome with complex etiologies. Seek out a gynecologist or women's urologist who specializes in Pelvic Pain. Stress can make worse because of the physiologic responses (e.g. muscle spasm) triggered by stress neuro pathways. Good luck!
