what can be done about my pelvic pain, i have a 2.7 cm complex cysts lt ovary, 2cm rt complex cysts, 3 fibroids and 5 nabothian cysts. my lymph nodes are all silent from neck to groin and my ob doesn't want to do anything?

: These findings on pelvic imaging may or may not have anything to do with your pelvic pain. If your gynecologist offers no solutions, get a second opinion.

radiologist read my pelvic ct scan incorrectly i went in to er for very bad pelvic pain and back aches. they ordered a no contrast ct scan of pelvis. the first ct scan report read right ovary is larger than left (i don't have a left) with somewhat heterog

It : It can be very difficult to tell much about soft tissue structures like the ovary without contrast.  Still, it sounds like there may be a discrepancy in the interpretations, so a follow-up study would be in order.  The best way to look at the uterus and ovaries is with ultrasound.

The round and broad ligaments are normal structures, by the way, so the fact that they are seen is of no concern.

i have had bloating and gas alone with left pelvic pain. after vagianal and top pelvis ultrasound and a ct scan without contrast the e r doctor said ultrasound showed a left ovary cyst that should clear on it own. ct scan normal. with these test would it

I assume he ruled: Out bowel problems, you could have endometriosis or adhesions or other problems that would not necessarily show up on those tests you need to see your gyn as you may need a laparoscpy or robot, and it depends how big and what kind of cyst they found, either way see your gyn asap.

after a vagina and a top pelvis ultrasound and a ct scan doctor says the sourse of my pelvic pain is a left ovary cyst.  said that it should clear up on its on.  with all three test would that been able to tell if this was ovarian cancer. i am 41 years ol

Most likely Cyst: Cancer much less likely.  As you know nothing in life is 100%. The most likely diagnosis based on what is described is cyst. Depending on simple vs. Complex cyst it needs to be followed for a couple of your cycles till resolves. Cancer is much less likely.

does hiv cause lymph nodes to swell at different times? lymph nodes in neck were swollen for a month then right inguinal lymph node around pelvis became tender and swollen after shaving + going to the beach?

: No, HIV cannot do this. But if you might have been exposed or for any reason are worried about having HIV, have a blood test.

Pelvic muscles: Injury to the adductor or obturator internus muscles of the pelvis can cause referred pain into the pelvic region.

Yes: Pain and discomfort related to gas and/or constipation can certainly cause lower abdominal pain and shooting-type pain.  Some women can also have these types of symptoms related to ovulation.  This is know as Mittelschmerz and is one-sided.

Difficult to say: Hard to say without reviewing your diagnostic studies.  That said, cysts are not typical in males--consult your doctor.

Watch, not worry: Starting workouts usually leads to aches and pains in joints and muscles that are overused. The good news is that the pain usually settles in a couple of weeks with consistent workout routine. If the pain persists of worsens, pl get yourself checked with your OB.

Get examined: Any sharp, persistent, lower right sided pain in the pelvis should be examined by a doctor because there are any number of gastrointestinal and gynecological emergencies that can present this way, such as ovarian torsion, tuboovarian abscess, ectopic pregnancy, appendicitis, etc. Are you having any fevers or nausea? Are you on birth control? You'll need a full consult.
