Gyn exam: A gynecologist will need to see you and do an exam to determine what you are feeling. It sounds like you may have a Bartholin cyst. You can google a picture of that and see if that fits what you are feeling. Other causes are possible too. An Obgyn will need to see you.

Ganglion cyst?: Without an exam it is hard to know what this is but the most common lump that I see in this location is a ganglion cyst, not a serious problem. See your doctor if you want to be sure.

Cyst?: Is possible or ganglion but depends exactly where it is could also be joint related.  Needs examination recommend seeing your GP.

Not really: Those lumps are bone proliferation in an attempt by your body to replace cartilage which has deteriorated. They would ten to grow back. On the other hand, if you have dysfunction due to this, especially the thumb, a hand surgeon might help.

Get evaluated: This may be lymphadenopathy- enlarging nodes- from infection or malignancy.  Especially if there is family history, neurofibromatosis is consideration.  Best to see your physician to sort this out.

These could be warts which are caused by viruses; there is medicine which can treat them, but it would be important to have them diagnosed properly first.

Prolapsed Hemrroids?: You need to get it checked by your family doctor or a rectal surgeon.You probabely have 2nd or third degree prolapsed hemorrhoids which may be thrombosed and needs to be treated with suppository or other treatment
meanwhile sit in hot bath and take some over the counter pain meds
there are other possibilities and you should not waste any time and get it checked.
