Can i get my lumps removed from my fingers due to osteoarthritis?

Not really: Those lumps are bone proliferation in an attempt by your body to replace cartilage which has deteriorated. They would ten to grow back. On the other hand, if you have dysfunction due to this, especially the thumb, a hand surgeon might help.
