Ganglion cyst?: Without an exam it is hard to know what this is but the most common lump that I see in this location is a ganglion cyst, not a serious problem. See your doctor if you want to be sure.

Ganglion or DMC: These are usually benign cysts - either a ganglion or digital mucous cyst.
