What is your questio: I assume you are under the care of a doctor. He/she will need to investigate and find out the cause for your lung opacity. It could be infection of some sorts. Tb needs to be excluded by further testing.

Need more info: First step would be to compare to an old cxr.  If no previous cxr for comparison then consider f/u in 6 weeks or ct scan of chest if the patient has risk factors.

Diagnosis needed: many causes.

Doctor has to sort out.

Most probably tuberculosis or rarely fungal lesion of lung.

TB can be easily treated.

This is a Complex Qu: This is a complex issue. Yes, TB can and often does cause fibrosis/nodular changes which typically regress partially or complete once a full course of treatment has been taken.. There is of course risk of recurrence of TB. So we have to find out if your lung changes are left over of the older TB or are these new changes(progression). For this you need to go back to the doctor who treated your TB.

Better see your MD: It difficult to make diagnosis and help when we can't really see you and evaluate you and rely on tests which are not available to us. You may just have been distracted or you could be having seizures like absence seizure but these are examples of two extreme possibilities. Have proper evaluation and appropriate treatment. someone i'm close with has vitiligo and i recently noticed that they have 3 large dark affected areas on their upper back. they look patchy and have light pink color around and within the areas. she is in her mid 60s. what might this be?

Several causes: This kind of change can be due to a benign skin fungus (color change may be accentuated with sun exposure) which is easy to treat, but a primary care provider or dermatologist should probably examine the areas to determine if a biopsy might be needed to rule out something more serious

: Early Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) can't be ruled out by this report and likely your doctor will order for more tests such as CT scan of the chest and pulmonary function test (PFT) if chronic cough is your only symptom. However, this finding could be present if you had gotten a significant pulmonary infection in the month before and chest X-ray was done because of a lingering cough.

Follicular phase: The follicular phase begins on day one of the menstrual cycle and usually lasts about 14 days. I am familiar with mid-luteal phase but not mid-follicular. Perhaps one of the ob/gyn doctors can shine more light on this.
