Doctors note for my 12yrs daughter. patchy soft nodular shadowing is noted in the right lung with scattered nodules in the left mid zone. the largest has diameter of 2cm. thick walled cavity in left and right with radiographic diameters of 2.5cm ?

Diagnosis needed: many causes. Doctor has to sort out. Most probably tuberculosis or rarely fungal lesion of lung. TB can be easily treated.
