MRI of head: Cannot relate "fluid in optical sheath" with the report of a "partially empty sella tursica" without knowing more of why the MRI was indicated. The sella tursical houses the pituitary gland, and is most often "partially empty". 
I would ask the healthcare provider who ordered the MRI to explain in detail the reasons for the MRI and the report findings you have described.

Empty sella headache: The "empty sella" is often discovered incidentally in people with no symptoms.  Sometimes hormonal problems, but usually not. There are several causes of empty sella. Some involve increased pressure in the brain, such as pseudotumor cerebri, which can cause headaches. Presumably your scans would have seen a tumor. Talk to your neurologist about the best next steps in diagnosis/treatment.

Unusual: Empty sella syndrome,radiological finding where spinal fluid is found within  space created for the pituitary. Sella turcica is  bony structure at the base of the brain that surrounds and protects the pituitary gland. Pituitary gland plays critical role in regulating growth and development, metabolism. Spinal fluid pressure flattens gland. Ptuitary function and thyroid function usually normal.

I have no idea: Hi. Unfortunately, X-rays of the sella are next to worthless. All we do to investigate the pituitary anatomically is high resolution thin cut MRI with gadolinium. What is the clinical condition that made your doc try to look at the pituitary with X-ray? I hope that if there is real concern over pituitary function or question of tumor, you get an MRI. Partly filled  sella: In empty sella syndrome, the malformed sella turcica is often either partially or completely filled with cerebrospinal fluid. As a result, the pituitary gland is often compressed and flattened so that the sella turcica appears empty. Most individuals with empty sella syndrome do not have any associated symptoms.

Primary? IIH? Pseudo: A partially empty sella means that the pituitary gland (which usually sits in the sella) has shrunken. The key is to figure out if it is from primary or secondary causes. Primary means pituitary - you would've been left with hormone abnormalities. However, most secondary causes are from idiopathic intracranial hypertension, which causes headaches &amp; is common in obese females. TTYD for confirm test

: May be normal variation but as do not have info on your pituitary function cannot comment.  Did you ever have severe low BP during/after pregnancy. Discuss with your team. Ask about Sheehan’s syndrome.

Hypertension: Systemic hypertension can be associated with increased intracranial pressure in some cases.
Idiopathic intracranial hypertension is just what its name implies, there is no obvious cause.  It usually occurs independently of systemic hypertension.
