32yr old, repeatedly reassured by docs that my chest pains are muscle pain/panic attacks, not heart issues. suggestions re: how to get past this fear?

Evaluation?: Ever been evaluated with a stress test, ecg, possibly an echocardiogram?  Panis attacks are a diagnosis of exclusion. Recommend a cardiology consult if not done yet. 
Given you have had multiple ecgs and a stress echo you may ask your doctor what utility a ct angio would be to assess for coronary artery disease.  This will tell you yes or no.  My hunch, negative but that = peace of mind.

is it normal to have muscle pain two days after a panic attack?

Panic Attack: Very few of my patients report that, but with significant tetany (marked contraction of muscles) that can occur with hyperventilation, it is possible to have residual soreness of muscles.  Also, note that with anxiety (in general) there can be a great deal of tension that is often held in neck and upper back muscles which can lead to discomfort and soreness.

how to fight panic attacks and their symptoms? i experience muscle weakness, lightheadness and shortness of breath after anger , with normal bp.

Usually treatable: Psychiatrists treat panic attacks every day usually with a combination of meds &amp; therapy.

was told my focal aware seizures are not seizures but panic attacks. ... dont think thats right. my symptoms are throbbing on one or both sides of my head going down my face with muscle tension along my neck and spinal cord. i get these once a week?

: You do not describe true seizures but other neurological events could be prompting your episodes.  If not prior see a neurologist

i've taken a few xanax (alprazolam) this week for panic attacks. my shoulder and upper back muscles are tight and hurting. is this a side effect and is it dangerou?

FocusOnThe'X'InXanax: Good question.You are experiencing a rebound effect from stopping the Xanax, (alprazolam) which relaxes muscles by subduing little receptors in the muscles to keep them from tightening, but when the xanax (alprazolam) goes away, they tend to over-react in many people and cause a weird ache in the muscles. That's the first stage of withdrawal. Take it for a long time and you'll be shaky,unable to sleep and feel bad for days

can anxiety cause every muscle in your body to be tight constantly? never had this issue before anxiety. every muscle including face and fingers are tight. been to pcp and hospitals with panic attacks/symptoms. what can i do?

Possibly: Time to see a doctor. From what you say your lifestyle is being affected. See doctor and get help before it gets worse

on celexa 20mg for 6 years.  it stopped working.  i have had 3 panic attacks.  primary doc added buspar 10 mg 2x/day 5 days ago.  experiencing increased nervousness, jitters, muscle twitch.  should i hold out as it does block a full panic.

Call physician: and describe side effects: you may benefit from small doses of beta- blocker and you may be experiencing side effects from Buspar.

: No. More often, tight muscles are a physical manifestation of underlying anxiety. If you are having bothersome panic attacks, this can be treated effectively. Book an in person or telemedicine visit to discuss more.

bumped head yesterday and it kind of hurt my neck. its been about 40 hours. scared of paralysis. neck muscles are very tense. panic attacks all day.

Not likely: If you have not noticed any neurological symptoms yet,  such as weakness in limbs or sensory changes,  not likely a spinal cord injury.  If you broke something that caused instability you would notice same issues with version movements.  Recommend getting physical exam to make sure nothing is going on that say could lead to more spasms, even arthritis,  but spinal cord most likely not threatened.

i havnt been sleep that good lately and have been trouble sleeping at night, that why they put me on muscle relaxers. i got put on citlapram for panic attacks and clonazepram for anxiety and trazadone as needed for sleep.?

What is U question: Insomnia can have many causes, sleep hygiene is important for treating insomnia. It is ok to take sleeping medications if needed , but remember  to take them on as needed basis . If u take them daily u body can get used to it.  Remember  trazadone can cause orthostatic hypotension , so  if u wake up at night  before standing up sit  down a littlebit.
