Near normal: It is not uncommon of lymph node behind the ear to become a little larger for trivial issues with the scalp, like dandruff. If it has not changes in 3 months, you can ignore it. If there are any issues with your scalp, please attend to those.

i am 29. i have palpable very movable lymph node above my collar bone. 2 doc. said it is normal to have palpable lymph nodes in that area. should i ask for biopsy? also, i had a very bad acne 1,5 years ago could this lymph node be because of that ?

Lymph nodes: Lymph nodes above the collarbone are a little unusual.  You need a good history and physical.  Some basic labs looking for anemia, infection and inflammation can be helpful in establishing whether a biopsy is needed at all.  See your doctor.

Lymph nodes are usually responsive to recent events.  Acne over a year ago would be an unlikely source.

Probably normal: May be a small lymph node reacting to some local inflammation, but without examining it impossible to be sure.  The location, the fact that it is mobile, and the absence of other symptoms suggests this is nothing to worry about, but should it get larger, hard to the touch, fixed to underlying tissue, other symptoms develop, more appear, it becomes tender and painful, see a doctor.

my 7 year old has a pea sized lymph node on collar bone. no other symptoms. very movable. is this normal? should i worry?

I wouldn't: We have thousands of nodes scattered throughout the body &amp; their resting size is about that of a pea. If that is what it is (sounds like it) I don't find it abnormal or significant.

Any: Lymphoma can involve any lymph node region. The size is variable from normal (< 2 cm) to "huge".  There are over 40 subtypes of lymphoma and individual variation in every case.
