A thought: Do you wear pants with a metal fastener?  Does wearing jewelry ever cause skin irritation?  A thought that comes to mind is nickel allergy, which can usually be diagnosed by history.  Patch testing can confirm.  If not nickel, some form of contact irritation or allergy seems likely given the small area of involvement.  A Dermatologist or Allergist can help.

: Scabies can be transmitted with using the same bed, towel, comb or any thing of personal use. It can cause intense itching then rash and blister. Hand should not transmit any other sexually transmitted diseases but if in doubt, testing is preferred over speculation. See your doctor for confirmation of scabies &amp; treatment. All beddings, shoes which can not be washed, put sealed bags for 6 weeks

Cheek blister?: Why are you waiting so long to get this examined? And why are you self-diagnosing?
Any lesion in your mouth that has not healed within 7-10 days, and especially one that changes in shape and/or size, needs to be examined clinically and possibly biopsied.
See your dentist or an oral surgeon ASAP for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

Depends on location: It is possible that it is a mucocele that has ruptured and is healing.  Most mucoceles remain as bumps or clear vesicles.  The asymptomatic white area  is of concern..  For your peace of mind it is worth seeing a dentist  or oral surgeon to liook at it and perhaps biopsy it.

?blisters: Tough to tell you without an exam, but may be follicle inflammation, cysts, etc.  Have your OB tell you the most likely diagnosis after the exam and testing.

If the fluid is on the gum however and is adjacent to a tooth with a cloudy discharge that is more likely an infection.  Major salivary glands are in the cheek or under the tongue and they too can become plugged and may require antibiotics to treat. Burns may also have a clear fluid
