i have  a couple of hard, nodular  lumps in upper abdomen   3 years painful if pressed  pain is sharp and goes through to back. is it a lipoma?

Need 2 Be Seen: Lipomas are the most common cause of lumps under the skin (in the subq space), however they rarely cause shooting pain on palpation as you describe. I suggest that you make an appointment with your primary care doctor to help sort this out.

It's difficult to: Diagnose without seeing the actual nodule. It could be a boil, a wart , a sebaceous/ fatty cyst, a lipoma/ fatty tumor with inflammation or eczema on top. Only your dr can give u an accurate diagnosis. Take care!

Not sure: what the exact question is, but with limited info and without the images, it sounds like the nodule might need additional work up to determine what it is.

Lipomas : At your age, if the nodules are superficial, they are likely fatty tumors, called lipomas, which are benign tumors, but can be removed for cosmetic purposes. If you are a very thin person, and you really can feel structures deep in your abdomen, they might be something else, but this is unlikely. When in doubt, it is best to ask a dermatologist to examine them.

28f. lesions on brain, liver,pancreas,uterus,nodules on lung. no symptoms. normal bloodwork. drs don't know what's going on. please help!! metastatic?

Well..: Tissues is the issue.  Need a biopsy.
Getting a PET scan will help tell if it is malignant versus infectious

See a doctor: While it sounds like it could well be epididymitis,  it could also be a kidney stone or torsion of a testicular appendage. How do you know it's not epididymitis? Early on even the best of tests can yield false negatives though my money is on a torsion of a testicular appendage usually located at the top of testicle between the testicle and the epididymis. You should go to the ER now.

when i tap on the left side if my upper abdomen,  it  sounds very hollow,  as well as  being painful.

Check it out: The most common cause of a hollow sound if you tap up there on the left would probably be air in the stomach, which is natural. But it's not normal that would hurt. Go see a doctor and get it checked out.

i get a pain in my middle upper abdomen it pain come & goes but its get extremely painful at times i don't have any problems when i go to the bathroom?

Pain mid abdomen: Could be gastritis/ GERD( with or wittout H pylori) or gallbaldder. Could try Maalox 1 tablespoon 2 x a day x 2 and see if helps  or ranitidine/ prevecid ( x 2 weeks) rarely could be pancreas ( if consume alcohol) ,hernia ( does your naval bulge?) or ovaries. f/u w/ doc

can a diastasis recti cause painful spasms in the upper abdomen?

Not usually: Diastasis recti is a condition where the abdominal midline is widened between the two bellies of the rectus abdominis muscle.  It is not a hernia but often confused with one.  It shoudl not cause crampy pain in the upper abdomen, and this could be related to some other condition.
