i have a lump on my groin area (female). not painful and doesnt feel like a swollen lymph node. very soft and moveable. could this be a lipoma? i have other lipomas as well so i know im prone to them but are they common in the groin area?

Maybe lymph nodes: They may be lymph nodes which are common to find in the inguinal area. As long as they are tiny, less than an inch in size, not tender and move freely they are likely fine. If you have a surrounding area of infection they can respond to this by growing in size. Have your doctor examine you and confirm a diagnosis.
