Need investigation: Right groin lumps may be enlarged lymph nodes, it may be just simple infection on the leg, or genitalia, or could be a tumor spread need to see your doctor immediately to find out cause and give relief to you mind.

See a doctor: Can be many causes. Some are innocuous, such as a mild infection from shaving. Can be from infection (like cat's scratch fever). But may be more serious - hodgkin disease and non-hodgkin lymphoma can present in this fashion, metastatic melanoma or metastases from a skin cancer in the vulva can also present that way. Best to get it checked!
