Lymph nodes?: It is always concerning to have swollen lymph nodes so it is important to see your doctor to be sure it is not that. It could also be cysts, or a condition called hidradenitis suppurativa (acne inversa). This also requires specialized treatment, so you'll want to see a dermatologist for sure to get a diagnosis and proper therapy.
