Probably: folliculitis, but infections inside of  nose can spread rapidly to cavernous sinus and brain.  You need to see a doctor to determine if you need to be on an antibiotic.

Abcess: this could be an infection with nasal abscess formation. You need to be examined and will need oral antibiotics. Until seen OK to use a pea sized drop of Neosporib Ointment on a Q--tip and don't pick at the scabs,

Nose pain: Frequently your symptoms are typical of nasal vestibulitis or nasal vestibular abscess.  The latter is associated with swelling and pus drainage.  The former occurs from the glands or hair follicles of the nasal hairs.  Typically treatment include antibiotic ointment (bacitracin or bactroban) and warm compress.

i have a small lump in my nostril, very near the opening, on the actual nostril and not septum. it gets painful if i touch it a lot. i am worried it is cancer.

Folliculitis: This is usually from an infection of a hair follicle inside the nostril. Keep your fingers out of your nose. Use a water based gel to keep  your nose moist and if it doesn't improve you may need an antibiotic. Staph bacteria in particular like to reside there.

See dermatologist: Acne nodule. Rosacea nodule. Sebaceous hyperplasia. Nevus. Fibrous papule. Basal cell carcinoma. etc Best get an exam by a pro. Not a boil.

Possible Polyp: May be a nasal polyp.  You should have it looked at to make sure it's nothing worse.

Kindly get her seen: By a doctor,  and don't squeeze her nose, it could be a blood clot, a crust, sticking to her inner nose, but still needs to be seen

Nothing good!!: This could be a bad infection and it is in a very sensitive area that could spread and cause some real trouble so go see a doctor now. i wouldn't wait.
