Anal fissure: You appear to have an anal fissure. You should see a clinician to get an accurate diagnosis. That being said, an effective treatment for anal fissure is nifedipine ointment 0.2% applied every 12 hours, until your follow up visit in 4 weeks. Hope that helps.

Constipation: You have to be seen by a gastroenterologist to get a full evaluation as to why you have constipation.  That evaluation will include blood testing and likely a rectal examination.

i seem to have a hemorrhoid that won't go away. sharp pain when pooping the past 2 weeks, and bloody stool. today was most blood seen. what can i do?

Rectal bleeding: This certainly could be a hemorrhoid but painful rectal bleeding is more characteristic of an anal fissure.  If any trouble with constipation or straining then this needs to be treated initially. An otc product such as MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) would be a reasonable option. An otc topical medical therapy  for hemorrhoids is and option too (i.e.  Preparation h). If this persists however, you need to see your doctor.

i delivered my baby 3 mons ago. 1 month ago, i started having slight pain when pooping. sometimes there is light blood on the tp after wiping, and red spots in my stool. (that only happened twice.) is this from hemeroids? when will these go away?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, as bleeding from hemorrhoids can result in anemia and hemorrhoids are treatable.

Pain on passing POO: This sound more like endometriosis. Please see your GP for assessment as there may be other causes like anal fissure, haemorrhoids, constipation, Proctalgia fugax etc which need to be considered

What was recommended: It is difficult to say what to try as you did not mention what was recommended already.  Apple or prune juice 4-6 ounces (120-180 ml)  daily can help to soften stools. Check in with your doctor as your son's hard stools have not resolved.

: It is likely to be muscular deconditioning. You can address it with regular aerobic exercise. Any exercise will do as long as you it for about 30 minutes 5 days/week. Gradually increase the intensity so that you are sweating at the end. Raising core body temperature through exercise will improve strength and flexibility of your muscles.
