It is likely to be muscular deconditioning. You can address it with regular aerobic exercise. Any exercise will do as long as you it for about 30 minutes 5 days/week. Gradually increase the intensity so that you are sweating at the end. Raising core body temperature through exercise will improve strength and flexibility of your muscles. Wish you good health!
