Anal fissure: You appear to have an anal fissure. You should see a clinician to get an accurate diagnosis. That being said, an effective treatment for anal fissure is nifedipine ointment 0.2% applied every 12 hours, until your follow up visit in 4 weeks. Hope that helps.

Not likely : This is almost certainly due to hemorrhoidal bleeding. You are doing the right thing by increasing fluid and fiber.

Possibly: if stools are hard and if it is causing a hemorrhoid .You need to increase fluids (water preferably and a diet wit some fiber will help.
