?stomach ulcer: This does not sound like an orthopaedic problem.  It sounds more like an ulcer which may not have shown up on your CT.  I would see your medical doctor.  In the meantime you can take up to 40 mg of omeprazole per day to see if that helps and avoid acidic foods.

Nerve irritation: You may have neck nerve root irritation.   Please make sure that you are not over exercising or lifting heavy things.  You will need to be evaluated by your family doctor 
and a specialist and physical medicine and rehabilitation.

Shoulder pain: Thiose symptoms sound as muscle pain probably muscle spasms, but you should have a dostor check it to be sure.

Muscle.: It could be muscle strain of the shoulder or rib musculature. More remotely, it can be from a pinched nerve in the neck. Depends exactly where your pain is. See a non-surgical sports medicine specialist, who could give you an accurate diagnosis.

Muscular Pain?: Hi, your recent onset of symptoms and your age suggest that at this point the most likely diagnosis is that you have a shoulder/upper back/neck strain. You don't describe radicular symptoms that would suggest a neurologic etiology. Initial treatment after an H&amp;P and imaging usually starts with NSAIDs and maybe a muscle relaxer and also some therapy exercises to see if your symptoms will get better

Shoulder pain: Probable represent tendinitis. Start an ice and oral antinflammmatory program. This should be combined with a stretching orogram.

: Gallbladder and stomach inflammation may cause this referred pain  Consider H pylori testing, a probiotic and eating yogurt with your meals. A PPI can be prescribed by your physician. Watch for severe pain,fever and vomiting.

Need evaluation :   This could be chest wall muscle pain, pain from inside the chest sometimes call pleurisy, pain from your heart, sometimes call pericarditis, or some other reason. You need to see your physician to get this evaluated.

Pain: I am glad your pain is not related to your heart. However, you still have a problem Pain that is in shoulder blade area and worsened with activity associated with numbness would make me think thoracic outlet syndrome or some type of neuropathic pain at neck or shoulder.
