constant upper left shoulder blade / shoulder pain past 2 weeks, sore to touch. been working out past 3 months, stopped this past week... pain persists?

Shoulder pain: Probable represent tendinitis. Start an ice and oral antinflammmatory program. This should be combined with a stretching orogram.
