See a doctor: See a doctor or ER ASAP.  You need an exam to fully evaluate.  Worse case scenario is something with your heart.  Best case scenario it is musculoskeletal.  Err on the side of caution and get checked now.

Diagnosis needed: Continual discomfort warrants an investigation. In view of radiation to the back, one possibility is radicular or nerve root pain secondary to disc pressure in the upper spine or, if it's a recent symptom, early shingles with rash soon to follow. Examination of the breast, rib cage or even left lung may be checked. See your MD for the workup.

See details: There are several possible causes including chest, chest wall and abdominal issues and possibly even the breast itself. Pain should be evaluated and i would start with your family doctor.

Not my specialty but: Perhaps you have some breast tissue that is slightly outside the usual place. In any case, pregnancy breast tissue swells, getting ready for the baby. It may them begin to press on a nerve, causing pain (that should cause you no worry). I am sure colleagues who are more expert than i in this area can offer an opinion!

i have had a sharo stabbing pain under left breast since car accident two weeks ago. sometimes it feels it goes thru to my back.

MVA breast/back  : Seek medical attention today as soon as possible  in ER. You don't mention what type of accident or degree of impact  but you can develop delayed splenic hematoma and rupture with MVAs  as well as aortic dissections,esophageal trauma which are medical emergencies.It may be muscle strain but you don't want to miss something that is significant  .Go to an ER.

endoscopy done other day ago said it was normal. i sometimes still get a slight pain under left breast into back.

This : This pain could be from a cardiac cause, such as heart pain.  Cardiac pain is usually worse with activity, is more common in patients with cardiovascular risk factors such as high cholesterol, smoking, or hypertension.  Lung causes such as pleurisy or blood clot are a possibility but then usually the pain is worse with deep breathing.  Abdominal causes such as pancreatitis or gallstones could also cause upper abdominal/chest pain.  If your pain has persisted, if you have nausea/vomiting, fever, or the symptoms stated above then please go to the er.

Shingles?: Pinched nerve in your back. Either way, consider getting an evaluation. If you had a rash last year, would have to believe it was shingles.

They could possibly be related. This sounds like what we call "radicular pain" meaning it could be originating from the thoracic nerve roots that come off the spinal cord. We see that sometimes with Shingles especially if you had a skin rash in the same location. I would check with your GP/Family doc.

pain under my left breast towards middle, where an underwire would be. hurts with some movements. and my back hurts in about same spot when i move?

Needs further evalua: This requires a more in depth evaluation. It sounds musculoskeletal in nature such as costochondrotis which could be due to a variety of different causes. But any chest pain require cardio pulmonary evaluation as well. This work up will likely include diagnostic imaging as well as testing.
