Needs further evalua: This requires a more in depth evaluation. It sounds musculoskeletal in nature such as costochondrotis which could be due to a variety of different causes. But any chest pain require cardio pulmonary evaluation as well. This work up will likely include diagnostic imaging as well as testing.

I did: Non caardiac, prob musculoskeletal ? back arthritis Etc. See internest. Check for rash outside possibility of shingles.
