MVA breast/back : Seek medical attention today as soon as possible in ER. You don't mention what type of accident or degree of impact but you can develop delayed splenic hematoma and rupture with MVAs as well as aortic dissections,esophageal trauma which are medical emergencies.It may be muscle strain but you don't want to miss something that is significant .Go to an ER.
