Not my specialty but: Perhaps you have some breast tissue that is slightly outside the usual place. In any case, pregnancy breast tissue swells, getting ready for the baby. It may them begin to press on a nerve, causing pain (that should cause you no worry). I am sure colleagues who are more expert than i in this area can offer an opinion!

Spleenic Flexure : As the uterous enlarges, everything is "pushed up". A common condition for pregnant and non-pregnant women is "spleenic flexure syndrome". The colon as a curve in the right upper side at the spleen where the transverse colon turns to the descending colon. Is is an area where stool and gas can get "trapped" under your diaphragm and produce pain which can radiate into the chest.
