i have pressure under my front left rib cage at the bottom. bad heartburn. when i eat or drink i feel very fatigued almost like i am going to pass out?

Reflux: Sounds like you have severe reflux or gastritis
start Prilosec  over the counter one before breakfast and see an md in next 1-2 weeks since symptoms sound severe

avoid alcohol caffeine smoking, aspirin, advil, (ibuprofen) etc.

Tingling lower left: May be nerve compression,  reflux, constipation, rarely gallbladder(usually right sided) /kidney/vascular/ovarian. Consider antacid/prevecid..Any unusual symptoms that persists &gt; 2 weeks or recurs  should be evaluated. Discuss with doctor/urgent care.

Many causes: The pain could be of cardiac, non cardiac  or vascular causes. Please don, t sit on it. Go for a doctor, s appointment.

Costo-chondritis: At the end of your rib there is cartilage. Sometimes this junction gets inflamed by injuryor over use. Rest ice antiinflammatory and possibly cortisone 8njection are helpful. If they aren't effective MRI etc may be indicated.

See a doctor: you are having costochondritis, which is inflammation in the cartilage part of the ribs that cause a lot of pain.
apply heat pad.
take ibuprofen 600-800 mg every 8 hours with meal.
see your doctor for either anxiety medicine, or a muscle relaxant.

Different causes: Usual causes of rib pain are trauma, musculosketal bruise , fx, or muscular strain.Inflammation in anterior cartilage so called costochondritis( (viral in etiology) can cause pain which reproduce by pushing on the involved cartilage in the front of the rib cage. Pleuritis (inflammation of lining of lungs( can also cause rib pain and pain with breathing.If continues should see physician.

Pain rib cage: Usually not. This is a radicular pattern from the back. You need to be examined. They will want to know what brings the pain on. What makes it better? What makes it worse?

Not from ovarian cys: Ovarian cyst does not cause pain in the rib cage.That includes front, back or on the side.

Burning pain: Nerve problem, likely from thoracic spine. Also consider costochondritis.

Let me advice you: When ever you have the pain wrap around the rib cage? This means to me there a pressure on the nerve between the ribs (above and below).
This not common in lipoma.
I would suggest to have check with thoracic  surgeon to be sure nothing bad. Good luck.
