See a doctor: you are having costochondritis, which is inflammation in the cartilage part of the ribs that cause a lot of pain. apply heat pad. take ibuprofen 600-800 mg every 8 hours with meal. see your doctor for either anxiety medicine, or a muscle relaxant.
