Tingling lower left: May be nerve compression, reflux, constipation, rarely gallbladder(usually right sided) /kidney/vascular/ovarian. Consider antacid/prevecid..Any unusual symptoms that persists > 2 weeks or recurs should be evaluated. Discuss with doctor/urgent care.
