i have very bad, very uncomfortable pain in my lower-mid back. it does jot hurt so bad unless i am sitting or laying down. my left leg hurts too.

See physician: Even though you are young problems can still occur with the back. If left leg hurting there is possibility that nerve root is being pressured. This can occur because of protruding disc problem, spinal canal narrowing or congenital abnormality. Should consult physician for physical exam and possibly imaging such as mr examination.

hello i have been having a pretty bad pain in the lower right groin area that just started today and it travels down leg about mid thigh . any help?

Possibilities: Proper diagnosis requires examination. Possibilities are swollen lymph nodes pressing on the nerve in the area, blood clot in a vein in the area, or a hernia. The pain could also be a referred pain from a nerve in the back being irritated or a hip problem. You need to go see your  doctor and have the cause of your pain evaluated.

discomfort in my saphenous vein area about 4 inches above my knee to my mid-calf. as of 2 weeks ago i have been experiencing discomfort in my left leg; it's medial to my knee going halfway down my calf ... it sort of follows the path of the saphenous vein

The : The possibility of DVT is low but it should never be discarted. The description sounds like a saphenous nerve distribution or possible an L4 radiculopathy. You are a young individual and absent injury or trauma I have a hard time giving you any concrete answer. These symptoms may improve spontaneously. If symptoms worsen or persists for another month or two seek care for this condition.

Pain: At this time I do not think there is a relation between your back and leg given your back pain has resolved. However persistent mid calf pain is concerning for a DVT. I would notify your doctor.

LBP worse with resp: And deep breathing mgiht be from your rib cage rather than your back.  Are you getting pain int he chest - which is pkeurisy or in yoru back?  It also could be your kindeys which move on respiration.  Nnumbess in the leg and foot can be a nerve problem or a back problem.  You need to see a doc to sort these out with an examination.

: Could represent either sciatica or perhaps meralgia paresthetica (sensory nerve over thigh).  Put training on hold, see your doctor, and decide next approaches.

Evaluate stockings.: Not all stockings are the same.  If you are having problems with your support hose then they should be re evaluated.  Stocking should fit comfortably and, if you are having a problem, then you should have them checked and , perhaps, you may need a custom made stocking pair.The GSV reflux should not cause the tightness.

had an ultrasound to rule out dvt for calf pain. technician only scanned groin, mid thigh, above and behind knee. what she suppose to do lower leg?

Yes  : The calf is a very common place to develop a DVT

Symptoms: I am sorry to hear about your struggle. Unfortunately, you're not alone. In that case, psychological issues should be ruled out (stress, depression, etc.). Also, strange as it is, i believe that there may be some toxic substances you are exposed to in the food you eat especially if it is full of preservatives, additives, gmos, etc. It may be worthwhile to go more organic.
