There are many programs that will help you minimize your back pain and keep it that way.

i have had two back surgeries.  the first was rods. second was removable of same. told spine will fuse to tail bone. what should i do?

Maybe, maybe not: The rods were place to help you achieve a biologic fusion. The removal of the rods will make this less likely. A biologic fusion can be either fibrous (not so good) or bone (ideal). If  you get a bone fusion, you can be sure that if motion at that segment of your spine was the cause of the pain, you will feel better. Fusions fail for 2 reasons: failure to fuse and failure to diagnose the cause.

my daughter has developed a split skin just below the spine tail bone in her butt?

Accepted Answer

Exam: she make have a pilonidal cysts, abscess or just irritation. In any case, she must be examined and diagnosed.

Most unlikely, as: You have had that since birth, and didn't cause any problems. Usually they are found by accident on xrays done for something.

Very unusual: Moveable subcutaneous bumps that can be moved over the entire back would be very unusual but possibly related to the injury. There are movable types of lipomas.

Trauma?: Did you have an injury?  Tailbone pain and back pain in general can be caused by many factors some of which are obvious and others not so much.  If symptoms persist after NSAIDs, acetaminophen, ice, heat and unweighting the area (especially the tailbone) then an office visit and imaging are warranted.

To be expected: If you were diagnosed with strep throat by your doctor then you should be on the proper antibiotic
please follow through so you don't develop any lung infection.

Coincidence : Since there was no penetration it should not affect your bleeding. I would not worry about it.
