Don't think these: two issues are related. The "red moles" are likely vessels called angiomas but without seeing them, I don't know for sure. Make appointment to see doctor

Could be: You can get arthritis in your hand and this can cause sudden worsening pain with some activities.  Other causes could be trigger finger or snapping tendon.  Splinting or buddy taping to adjacent finger is ok for a while, but can cause stiffness if splinted too long.

Arthritis : as far as I know, glucosamine is the only natural thing that would help arthritis (scientifically proven).  But your symptom may not be a plain arthritis.  It can be rheumatoid arthritis or other connective tissue disease.   I would go see your doctor.  Take care.

: I doubt these symptoms are due to stress. They are characteristic of a neurological problem. If only the shoulder and hand were involved, a radiculopathy from a bulging disc in your neck would be suspected, but with the left side of the face and the left leg also involved, a lesion in the right cerebral cortex of the brain would be a concern. A neurologist is best to evaluate and advise you.

my husband played bball got an injury to left hand fourth finger. pain on the outside of knuckle. have had jammed finger b4 but not now. help please?

Fractures: Can be minor but there are some that need surgery especially if the joint is not lined up, sprains are ligament injuries and the finger hours are prone to these too in a basketball scenario often these are partial but i'f it is a complete ligament tear trwatment is more complex an evaluation  and an x-ray  can help to differentiate these injuries  if you need care a gand surgeon is a good place.

My best guess;: Shooting straight: you need good relationship with your md, a good evaluation by an internist or cardiologist, and then likely mild anxiety treatment wi a med like klonopin (clonazepam). Get your magnesium checked.

Pain: There are several possibilities. Carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinosis of the wrist and finger flexors,  muscle strain.  I suggest evaluation with your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.

?injury: Is there a history of recent sprain type injury? Any swelling or tenderness to suggest inflammation? If so get examined by a physician. If not, try hot(not too hot) applications and,if you can take them, antiinflammatories like Advil or Aleve (naproxen). If no improvement in range of motion, and it becomes a persistent problem, see your md or a hand surgeon for evaluation.

Pinched Nerve: Most likely there is entrapment or damage to the median nerve at the base of the finger or in the palm. Census intermission, i would just observed and see if it goes away.

Your young age: leads me to suspect some things more than others. You may have experienced some trauma which was the cause of the initial bulge. Perhaps a cyst has formed around it and scarred. Less likely is an arthritis lump (rheumatoid or osteoarthritis) or a ganglion cyst. Since it has been there so long, I suggest a Doctor visit .. either first to your PCP or an orthopedist/Hand Specialist.
