See your doctor soon: You could have any number of conditions going on. You nee to see your physician as soon as possible! given the multiple joint complaints this could be related to an arthritis condition, in which case you will probably need to see a rheumatologist.

Possible Rheumatoid : What you are describing are symptoms of an inflammatory arthritis.  The most common form for your age would be rheumatoid arthritis.  You should see your primary care doctor or a rheumatologist for an evaluation, definitive diagnosis and treatment.

Arthritis ?: It may be part of a larger arthritis syndrome. You need to see your physician. Your evaluation will include lab, imaging along  with a history and physical.  Inflammation is  occuring and it  may be causing the arthritis  and the the blood vessels - getting the petechiae.

Nerve compression: Some kind od pressure on superficial nerves could cause  that. Could be at wrist like eatly carpet tunnel. That does not affect legs.  Need to see a doc if it occurrs  daily.

Cold/purple hands/ft: Seek medical attention this week.Seems to fit Raynauds disease/phenomenon which is vasospasm in finger and toes related to cold or stress. Hyperactive response of the vessals. Is either primary of unknown cause or related to a underlying autoimmune disease, thyroid, lyme,carpel tunnel, MS.Worsened by caffeine and smoking, lo magnesium,  drugs (like ADHD,b-blockers,bromoncriptine),repetitive work.

Sedentary lifestyle?: If your doctor has ruled out the many causes of joint pain; including a thorough workup for  autoimmune, rheumatologic including Osteoarthritis, Fibromylalgia infectious disesase causes like Lyme, Dengue fever to name a few;   metabolic causes Vitamin D deficiency, Cancer etc... which I assume they have. Then maybe it is time to start moving those joints and stretching the muscles improve function

NO,of course not: Sounds like raynaud's disese (at least for the hands) and caused by poor pickup of oxygen in the blood. If you are a sugarholic, stop it across the board. If that is not the case, then you have an unbalanced autonomic (automatic) nervous system for other reasons.

Dry hands : Sounds like eczema or psoriasis, fatty creams or cetaphil can be tried . If it still doesn't improve then see dermatologist.

Will need workup: As too many things can cause this, you should have a full workup including causes of neuropathy and possibly rheumatologic issues. The burning hands and feet sound like something called stocking-glove distribution of neuropathy often associated with diabetes and other polyneuropathies. The knee pain, if related to your neuropathy could be rheumatologic or separate issue. Best to have workup.

This is a: common complaint particularly in young women but a few medical reasons should be "ruled out"
1. Reynaud's syndrome....constriction of the blood vessels  hands and less common hands and feet is associated with arthritis of various types
2. Anemia of various types most commonly iron deficiency
3. Hypothyroidism
