No: Physical exam, doppler, angiogram, ct angio, MRI can all show the issue to varying degrees.
With radial arteryn obstruction, the shoulder is not usually involved.
.? Thoracic outlet or two diagnoses?
Need a vascular surgical review, exam!

: Autoimmune disorder is likely, but chest pain &amp; tachycardia warrant cardiac investigation as well.  They may be related to the autoimmune disorder or be separate issues. Collaboration between a rheumatologist &amp; cardiologist would be best.

Arthritis ?: You will need to get examined by an ortho and/or rheumatologist and get xrays done of the hands and wrists to see what is causing this. It may just be trauma related, but at your age this should be s priority

Physiatrist: See a physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist, physiatrist for short.  They can diagnose is this is a wrist issue or a neck issue and use nerve conduction studies and electromyography to help diagnose.  Lastly they can also help direct exact physical therapy and/or interventional/surgical care needed.

May have carpal: Tunnel syndrome. Holding phones in specific ways can trap the median nerve causing these symptoms. You should see your physician for a physical exam and possible emg. Try doing stretching exercises to see if they help relieve the symptoms. Also discuss bracing with your physician.  Hope that helps!

i'm a baker and have lupus/sjogrens. sometimes when i'm using the piping bags i get really bad pain in my wrists/fingers. is there something i can do?

Yes: You can discuss these issues with the doctor who treats your lupus. You are not taking any specific meds that help, especially Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine). Are you seeing a rheumatologist?

Don't give up: Not sure why the rheumatologist didn't offer help, but it sounds like you need further evaluation.  You are too young to have pain in several joints.  If you have a primary care physician i would bring your concerns to that doctor and see what more can be done.  Blood testing and xrays may be necessary to test for autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis and lupus.

See details: Have you seen a rheumatologist? If no, then do so. There is certainly an issue here with possible diagnosis being one of the connective tissue disorders. Consider seeing a rheumatologist at one of the major medical centers in NYC.
