May have carpal: Tunnel syndrome. Holding phones in specific ways can trap the median nerve causing these symptoms. You should see your physician for a physical exam and possible emg. Try doing stretching exercises to see if they help relieve the symptoms. Also discuss bracing with your physician. Hope that helps!

Maybe carpal tunnel: Possibly you have carpal tunnel syndrome or ulnar nerve entrapment. Good range of motion of your wrist, stretching, and use of a wrist splint for carpal tunnel during sleep and work, some motrin/aleve, and vitamin b6 (25-50mg/day) for couple of weeks may help. Nerve entrapment at the elbow area can also cause trouble. If worsens, see your doc for eval and treatment. Good luck..
