Jaw Joint pain: Clicking, popping and jaw locking are common signs of temporal  mandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction. It is to only one in the body that actually disarticulates it also works in tandem with the opposite side tmj.
The anatomy includes  a cartilage disc , between the head of the jaw and the base of the skull. The disc and its ligaments get damaged in life and locks up the movement. See a TMJ dds/dmd.

No, but: if you have a lot of mucus you may have congestion in your ear causing increased pressure, which can hurt and cause the ringing sensation.  If you develop a fever or have worsening symptoms go see your doctor or urgent care.

Many possibilities..: An exam will be your best way to determine the cause...  pressure from fluid/allergies?  TMJ?  Dental issue?  There are many reasons for ear pain and an exam will give you the answer fairly quickly...

More information: I wish I had some more information, like if you ever feel  your ear popping or feel like you can hear yourself talking out of that ear because if you did I'd think you have a problem with your eustachian tube. If not, I would question a possible issue with your TMJ joint. Either way, I'd suggest having your doc take a look in your ear on Monday and determine which it is (if either) and treat

Various reasons : The popping is from your eustacian tube adjusting air pressure. A decongestant can help immensely.  The underlying condition could be an ear infection.  You need to be examined by your doctor.

Ear ache: If you were diagnosed with middle ear infection, then decongestant and oral antibiotic are standard first line treatment. If you were diagnosed with outer ear or "swimmer's ear" infection, then a an astringent to dry the ear and antibiotic drops are the best initial options. Why were you placed on oral and topical antibiotics? At this point, you need to follow your doctor's recommendations.

what medication can i drink for a earache. i have taken brufen with no pain relief. there is no puss or blood coming out. ear feels watery and like a tube is full. pain extends to the back of the hear on the head. ?

: This sounds like an infection of your middle ear (otitis media).  It is likely a bacterial infection and there is no OTC medicine you can take to cure it.  Meds that you can “drink” are mostly pain medicines that may decrease the pain but won’t cure the infection.  If the infection is not treated, you risk loosing hearing in that ear.

i have bad teeth dentist said i have peridiontitis. i've been having pain in left ear especially when i chew or drink.  can bad teeth cause a earache?

Yes: especially if the upper back teeth are involved.  OTOH, if you have had extensive dental treatment and have had to keep your mouth open for a long time could be TMJ issues.  Ask the dentist to check you for this and use a bite block whenever you have dental work.
