What medication can i drink for a earache. i have taken brufen with no pain relief. there is no puss or blood coming out. ear feels watery and like a tube is full. pain extends to the back of the hear on the head. ?

This sounds like an infection of your middle ear (otitis media). It is likely a bacterial infection and there is no OTC medicine you can take to cure it. Meds that you can “drink” are mostly pain medicines that may decrease the pain but won’t cure the infection. If the infection is not treated, you risk loosing hearing in that ear.
