Blepharitis: Blepharitis also causes itching & this can occur with allergies. It's a minor infection of the eyelids. Crusting & tearing is common. Warm compress with daily baby shampoo washing of the eyelids helps relieve this. Severe cases are placed on antibiotics by your doctor.

Get it checked: You could have a foreign body in the conjunctivae causing an infection and discharge. Have it checked by your doctor or an urgent care.

Needs exam: If you have tried to flush the area with artificial tears/drops you have done all you can to fix the issue without an exam.I would go to urgent care/your doc or other site where a proper ye exam can be done. The sooner the better.

my 4month dd has fatty tissue on outer corner of left eye.  will this go away with age or should i consult more. dd looks and follow things properly?

Two choices: This is either an anteriorly placed fat pad or a dermoid.  The former is benign although it might be unsightly and could be removed at some later date.  Dermoids are local growths of skin related tissues including fat which can grow, get inflamed and sometimes interfere with function.  Have a pediatric ophthalmologist look at your 4 month old.

Vitreous detachment: Most likely, this is a "vitreous detachment" or a separation of the vitreous from the back of the eye. If this persists or is accompanied by floaters or a curtain, see an ophthalmologist immediately.

No.: Probably not ocular migraines, they typically last longer.  More likely a vitreous detachment or, less likely, an impending retinal detachment.  Get a dilated exam by an ophthalmologist sooner than later.

Hard to know: The structures/tissues in and around the eye are very sensitive. Without a direct exam it is hard to know if this could be a retained foreign body, a scratch or a sore. If the pain persists after a generous attempt to flush the area with drops, I would have it examined.

Have an exam: An injury in this area should be examined by an ophthalmologist to rule out any serious insult to the eyeball and eyelids. The cheekbone is fairly thick and would take a big blow to fracture it but an exam would be important just in case. Any change in vision, double vision, eyelid swelling, numbness would also be concerning symptoms.
