I would pay attebtion to the curvature of the spine.

If you have cardiac tests that rule out the heart as the cause for your chest pain, you should relax as the pain is not going to kill you. You may spend an enormous amount of resources and still not know exactly where the pain is coming from. But if you know the pain is not coming from the heart, you should be reassured.

May get heart damage: Smoking Cocaine can lead to coronary artery spasm and give your a heart attack.  I have taken care of several coke addicts who had this problem and actually suffer real myocardial infarctions (heart attacks).  Go see your doc asap.

Possibilities include heart disease, lung disease (asthma), gastrointestinal disease (reflux, esophageal spasm), and other problems.  It would be best if you see your primary care practitioner and explain your symptoms in detail.  History and physical examination can give important insight into your symptoms.
